Tonya graduated from UBC with a degree in Kinesiology, specializing in soft tissue release, concussion rehabilitation, and prenatal/postnatal care. As a new mom, she understands the challenges of balancing family life with fitness and is passionate about supporting others through these transitions. A 3rd-degree black belt in martial arts, Tonya combines her athletic expertise with a deep understanding of optimizing performance and recovery at every fitness level.
